Can I visit the kennel before booking? Of course. We’d love to show you around—Feel free to stop by for a tour. Keep in mind, we do not give tours on drop-off day.
What vaccinations are required for boarding? We require all dogs to be current on Rabies, Bordetella, and Distemper vaccinations. If your pup needs an update, please ensure vaccines are administered at least 10–14 days prior to your pet’s stay to allow time for full protection. Can I bring my dog’s food and belongings? Yes! Dry food must be pre-packed into individual meal portions. You're welcome to bring one blanket, up to two toys, and a bag of treats. We recommend leaving expensive or sentimental items at home, as they may get lost or damaged during play. Can my dog receive medication during their stay? Yes—our team is trained to administer oral, topical, ear, eye, and injectable medications with care and precision. All medications must be clearly labeled with your dog’s name, dosage, and schedule. Please pack them separately from food and inform our staff at check-in. We follow strict protocols to ensure every dose is given safely and on time, so your pet’s routine stays consistent and stress-free. Are there any items not allowed? For safety reasons, we do not allow rawhide products. If you're unsure about a specific item, feel free to ask us! Is bottled water available? Yes—bottled water is available upon request. Just let our team know at drop-off. Do you offer exercise and enrichment activities? Absolutely! We offer a variety of add-on services, including personalized exercise sessions and sensory-rich enrichment experiences like The Sniffari Zone. These can be tailored to your dog’s temperament and preferences. What is The Sniffari Zone? It’s our themed scent enrichment space designed to engage your dog’s senses and curiosity. Each month features a new scent adventure! Can I get updates during my dog’s stay? Yes! We provide daily photos through PawPartner, and you’re always welcome to call or message us to check in. Do you accept puppies? We welcome puppies who are at least 16 weeks old and up-to-date on vaccinations. How do your dog doors work? Our dog doors are manually opened or left open during the day depending on the weather and the comfort of our guests. We always prioritize safety and a pleasant environment. Is there a late pick up charge? Check-outs before 12PM will not incur an additional daily charge. A check-out that occurs after 12PM will include an additional full days charge, If your pet is scheduled to receive any kind of bath on their last day with us you will NOT be charged the additional day regardless of the time you pick up. |

Our cattery is a separate, quiet space designed just for feline guests—with cozy suites and human companionship. Can I bring my cat’s own food and bedding? Yes! Familiar items help reduce stress. We recommend bringing their usual food, a t-shirt, and any comfort items. Keep in mind the size of the space they have, as some item may not fit. Can my cat receive medication during their stay?
